We have two options for you to make payment:

• Snailmail option: Send a check (or cash if you feel lucky) for the proper amount to IKC, PO Box 2401, Indianapolis, IN 46206. If you choose this option, please inform Laura Demarest.
• Pay online: Please click on the appropriate button below to add to your shopping cart (the cart will open in a new browser tab). If you wish to make an additional donation, select the prior browser tab to return to the payment page and then select the Donation button.
  When finished shopping, click on one of the "checkout" buttons when done. If you wish to pay with a debit or credit card, select the gray "Check Out" and then on the next page, select the "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card" button where you can check out as a guest.

OCR seminar registration with no discounts - $65

OCR seminar registration as both an NSS and IKC member - $15

Additional donation to the IKC to help offset the cost of this seminar
(Change quantity number in the shopping cart for the amount you wish to give in $5 increments)
